Carlos Valle joined Community Asset Development Redefining Education (CADRE) in February 2012 and currently serves as the organization’s Co-Executive Director of Operations and Sustainability. Carlos is tasked with aligning the organization’s operations and vision. Carlos leads and develops the operational infrastructure and communication processes that support resource development, fund development, and revenue generation. In addition, he establishes and models a culture of accountability, learning, and reflection that supports the growth and development of CADRE parent leaders and staff members. Carlos has deep roots in public education, bringing his experiences as a former classroom educator and a South LA school operations director to his daily work at CADRE. Carlos is an alumnus of UCLA, graduating with a B.A. in History, and he also earned a Master of Arts in Educational Technology from Pepperdine University. He is a proud Angeleno, growing up in Pico Union, South LA, Koreatown, and East Hollywood, with family roots from Guatemala.
