The process asked four core questions: what adaptive leadership CADRE needs to navigate a shifting social, political, educational, and philanthropic landscape; how CADRE’s parent-led organizing model and theory of change can be amplified to solidify its position as a leader in educational justice; what systems change drivers will advance CADRE’s mission of ensuring all children are rightfully educated regardless of where they live; and how CADRE deepens and expands the organized parent power that remains its most essential and irreplaceable asset.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The process was thorough and participatory: bi-monthly strategy sessions with CADRE staff, executive leadership meetings with the Board, focus groups and interviews with CADRE parents, surveys and interviews with staff and consultants, coalition partner surveys and interviews, and funder interviews all fed into the plan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
<iframe title=\"CADRE Strategic Plan Final\" allow=\"clipboard-write;
