El proceso plante\u00f3 cuatro preguntas fundamentales: qu\u00e9 tipo de liderazgo adaptativo necesita CADRE para navegar un panorama social, pol\u00edtico, educativo y filantr\u00f3pico en constante cambio; c\u00f3mo puede amplificarse el modelo de organizaci\u00f3n liderado por madres y padres de familia y la teor\u00eda del cambio de CADRE para consolidar su posici\u00f3n como l\u00edder en justicia educativa; qu\u00e9 impulsores de cambio sist\u00e9mico har\u00e1n avanzar la misi\u00f3n de CADRE de garantizar que todos los ni\u00f1os y ni\u00f1as reciban una educaci\u00f3n justa sin importar d\u00f3nde vivan;
